In this workshop our nutritionist explains the importance of eating a balanced healthy meal specifically for the workplace. We address the impact caffeine, tea and other stimulants have on our bodies and target the importance of balancing blood sugar levels.
We highlight how the body responds to certain food types and how eating the right food types can improve concentration and energy levels, keeping us alert and focused throughout the day, essential for a productive workforce.
