Terms and conditions: Bookings must be confirmed by 15th June 2010 and completed by 30th June 2010. Trial session for £99 are 3 hours of on site massage only. To qualify for the regular booking discount bookings must be a minimum of 3 hours a month for 6 months. Events bookings discount applies to bookings of 8 hours or more. Workshops offer is based on 2 workshops being run consecutively with the discount given on the second workshop only. Offer subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other OSMC promotion.

Self Defence Courses

Learn new skills in a fun, informative and interactive environment helping you to feel safer and more confident in many situations.

The course covers important aspects of personal safety and self defence, teaching you to recognise hazardous situations before they develop, avoid them and if necessary, deal with them and escape to safety. Instructors are fully qualified and trained in various martial arts, fitness training, self defence and health & safety regulations. We're pleased to announce that we now have a team of professional make up artists who can visit you on site for a range of events such as weddings, pamper parties and childrens face painting.
