Nutrition for Life Wellbeing Workshop
This one hour workshop is a must for anyone who eats food! Our nutritionist take you on a guided tour through carbohydrates, proteins and fats, giving examples and explaining which are essential to our health and which ones less so.
We dedicate time to explaining the importance of food combining and how it forms the basic foundation for all healthy nutritious meals. We introduce the importance of supplements and how they can complement our diets and discuss the organic vs. non-organic food market.
