At the On Site Massage Co, we may ask you for personal information so we can deliver information about our services or vacancies to you or in order to fulfill an order. We take the privacy of your personal information seriously and to better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our practices about the way your information is collected and used.
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the On Site Massage Co website. On our pages, by way of submitting a form via email, you can request information, register on our recruitment page. For administration purposes, we will require your name, postcode, telephone number and e-mail address. This may be used to send you information regarding your enquiry and also any current promotions. You may opt out of receiving such promotions.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to produce statistics about sales, traffic and customers that assist with our website design and marketing. We do not sell or share your personal information with other parties other than is necessary to fulfill a booking.
Online payments
If you choose to make an online payment you will be redirected to Paypal for this purpose. All payment information will be taken through Paypal. We are not exposed to and do not store any of your financial information.
Payments made over the phone
If you make a payment over the phone, we will ask you for your credit or debit card details for the purpose of processing the immediate transaction only.We do not store any of your financial details.
Accessing, updating or deleting your personal information
You can access, update or delete any of your personal information by emailing us at account@onsitemassageco.com with your request. One of our representatives will then contact you to assist you.
Cancellations and refunds
When you place a booking with us, payments are requested on receipt of invoice which is issued prior to the booking taking place. A service agreement is also issued which is the contractual agreement between the On Site Massage Co and you, the client. A booking is only confirmed and we can only secure your therapist once we have received both payment and a signed agreement. You can cancel your booking at any time however, a cancellation charge may apply.
If you have paid in full, you will be issued with a full refund if:
1. You do not return the signed agreement – in this case we will cancel your booking and refund your payment
2. You decide to cancel your booking before returning the signed agreement
3. We need to cancel your booking for any reason
4. We need to cancel part of your booking. In this case we will refund the proportion that is cancelled
5. We break our terms under the agreement
Once a signed agreement confirming a booking has been received, cancellation charges are as follows:
10 days notice or more – 10%
less than 10 days notice but more than 3 - 50% charge
3 days notice or less will be charged at the full rate
