In our self defence programmes you can learn new skills in a fun, informative and interactive environment helping you to feel safer and more confident in many situations.
The course covers important aspects of personal safety and self defense, teaching you to recognise hazardous situations before they develop, avoid them, and if necessary deal with them and escape to safety.

Fully qualified instructors
Instructors are fully qualified and trained in various martial arts, fitness training, self defense and health & safety regulations. Under strict supervision of our instructors, participants are motivated and encouraged in a controlled and safe environment.
