Mobile Swedish Massage at Home
Swedish, or holistic massage is a relaxing treatment both physically and mentally. It can help to release tension in the muscles and is particularly effective for stress relief.
During the treatment, you’ll lie on a massage couch and your mobile massage therapist will apply oil directly onto your skin. Your massage therapist then uses gliding and kneading movements to manipulate the soft tissue (skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments).
Some deeper massage techniques may be used in tight or knotted areas. Massage helps to improve skin and muscle tone, improves circulation and aids lymphatic drainage, helping to rid the body of toxins.
