Our Wellness Workshops are designed for groups of up to 10 people covering a wide range of health and wellbeing issues and can be delivered in the workplace or conferences and exhibitions. These highly informative workshops are delivered by specialist speakers including NHS doctors, nurses, nutritionist’s & physiotherapists and can be booked individually, as a series or as a tailor made package to suit your requirements. Prices start from just £65 per workshop.


Posture Awareness

Advice on how to combat muscular tension and pain, RSI, headaches and eye strain that often results from working in an office environment. Includes workstation setup and posture correction exercises.
