Yoga at Work
These gentle exercise classes focus on creating balance in the body through developing both core strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. Your yoga class will also include breathing exercises & some meditation techniques helping to quieten the mind and bring a greater sense of wellbeing.
