[Problem:] Heathrow airport came to us back in 2016 as they were running a wellbeing week for staff. They had a few difficulties to over come (night shift workers, location of events (in a corridor in the airport), needed to be accessible to all, needed a range of activities etc
[Action:] our solution was to ….
[Result:] after the success of the wellbeing week, we have continued to provide an ongoing wellbeing programme for Heathrow airport employees. We run fortnightly pilates classes and regular massage sessions alongside our educational workshops in stress management, mindfulness and nutrition
as a result, staff are happy and appreciative, feel valued, less stressed etc
