Mindfulness is the practice of paying more attention to the present moment. It’s understood that by observing your own thoughts, feelings and physical sensations, you can improve your mental wellbeing.
- Mindfulness in Business – 1, 2 or 4 hour workshops available for up to 30 people exploring the many benefits of practising mindfulness and it’s relevance in a business environment. Through mindfulness meditation practices, you’ll learn practical techniques that will help you deal with focus, concentration, stress and even pain.
- Guided Meditation – one off sessions or regular courses for groups where individuals can practice mindfulness meditation techniques to bring about positive change. During the session, you’ll be guided through techniques and pratices that leave you calmer, with a greater sense of clarity. Sessions are generally between 15 & 60 minutes long and can be done at any time of the day. (minimum call out 1 hour)
