We can all tend to rush through life sometimes without stopping to notice the world around us. Mindfulness is the practice of paying more attention to the present moment. Observing our own thoughts, feelings and physical sensations can improve our mental wellbeing.
We offer 2 Mindfulness programmes.
- Mindfulness in Business – 1, 2 or 4 hour workshops available for up to 50 people relating the use of mindfulness to a business environment. Learn techniques that will help you deal with focus, concentration, stress and even pain.
- Mindfulness for Individuals – weekly courses of 45 – 60 min sessions for smaller groups of up to 20 people where individuals can practice mindfulness techniques on a regular basis to bring about positive change.
For both workshops and courses, our mindfulness experts come to your office and the sessions can be done at anytime of day leaving you calmer and more energised.
